Sarah Evans, an English ex-pat journalist and former home-schooling mum, is the author of a lifestyle/recipe book Seasons and Seasonings in a Teapot, romance and crime novels, novellas, short stories and poetry.

She writes for the UK women’s magazine PROFILE.jpgmarket and her stories have been broadcast on ABC Radio and published in many crime and romance anthologies. She also writes songs with her singer-songwriter daughter.

Sarah gives author talks and teaches memoir, poetry and creative writing. She is the convenor of Bridgetown’s Words in the Valley Readers and Writers festival.

Her published novels include rom-com crime novel Operation Paradise, and light-hearted romances Bachelor Bid and Prudence and the Mighty Flynn, and novellas; The Dating Game, Loving Aunt Lou, Yesterday Once More and Collision Course with Love and a fantasy spoof Plumbing the Depths which is included in the The Big Book of Adventure Stories…And Then Vol2. 

She has three published short story collections: Call of the Wild (fantasy), New Blood (horror) and Killing Kindness (crime).

Her latest romance novella A Christmas Proposal was released in December 2017. She is currently working on Bad Habits, the sequel to her crime romp Operation Paradise.
